The excitement is building in kindergarten! This week our kinders enjoyed celebrating Gingerbread Day and Grinch Day. They made ten using gumdrops, graphed which part of their gingerbread man they ate first, compared and contrasted many different versions of The Gingerbread Man, decorated gingerbread houses and cookies, did arts and crafts, enjoyed some Who pudding, and even made Grinch slime! Who said learning can't be fun?! ❤️🎄💚
Good evening T. A. Lowery families, please join us tomorrow,

Parents must stay with their students as they explore science, technology, and math stations throughout our building.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow night!

Last week, several T.A. Lowery students in K-5th grade were awarded certificates for Citizenship, Caring, Caught Being Good, Bringing Up Grades, and the Principal's Award. We want to congratulate all those students who received awards!
#TGIF! JCS students across the district celebrated Red Ribbon Week with fun themes and activities related to this year's theme, "Be Kind to Your Mind." From "decade day" to "super training" their brains with crazy hairstyles to simply wearing as much red as possible, students had a great time showing their school spirit during this annual celebration of health and wellness!
Our kindergarten friends
had a wonderful time on their field trip to Great Country Farms! They learned about the lifecycle of a pumpkin and all about apples. They loved the slides, playgrounds, animals, and pig races! They also picked some pretty amazing pumpkins! 🎃
